Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Elvora Kitchen. Here is how shipping works.

1. Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 7–14 business days. This includes 1–3 business days to prepare your order. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer because of customs checks, carrier delays or public holidays.

2. Where we ship

We ship to the countries you can select in our store and at checkout. Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners.

3. Shipping costs

The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, customs fees, import duties or taxes may apply when your order arrives. If they apply, they are set by your local authorities and are paid by the customer.

6. Address accuracy

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address before the order ships. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, re-shipping may cost extra.

7. Late, lost or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery time, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, email us with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and help you resolve it.
