If an order is returned to the sender due to address errors, additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. Elvora Kitchen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
Customers should contact the carrier directly for resolution.
