FAQ

Any VAT or sales tax that we are required to collect on your order is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Prices are displayed in your local currency.

Your order is shipped to you from outside your country, so it is treated as an import. Depending on your country and the value of your order, import VAT, customs duty or a customs handling fee may apply.

If these charges are collected at checkout, you will see them before you pay. If they are not, they may be charged by customs or the delivery carrier when your parcel arrives.

Since 1 July 2026 the EU no longer exempts low-value parcels from customs duty. A flat customs duty is applied per item type on parcels valued up to €150, and an additional EU customs handling fee is being introduced. The exact charges depend on the products in your parcel and on the EU and national rules in force when your order is cleared.

The recipient is responsible for any import VAT, duty or fees charged on delivery. These charges are set by customs authorities and carriers, not by Elvora Kitchen, and we cannot calculate them in advance for every country.

The UK, Switzerland and Norway apply their own VAT and customs rules to imported parcels. The United States applies customs duties to imported parcels, and Canada applies GST/HST/PST and customs duties above its low-value limits. Any amount due is shown at checkout if we collect it, or charged on delivery.

Sales tax is added at checkout on US orders where we are required to collect it.

We ship to Europe and the Americas: EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States and Canada.

Orders are delivered within 7–14 business days.

Shipping is a flat rate of €4.99, shown in your local currency at checkout before you pay.

When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

Yes. You can return an item within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at elvorakitchen@gmail.com with your order number. See our Refund Policy for details.

If your item arrived defective, damaged or wrong, Elvora Kitchen pays for return shipping. For all other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Please email us at elvorakitchen@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item. We'll help you sort it out.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method.
